Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct audits and manage the placement of raw materials and blanks into inventory.
2. Execute cycle counts on raw materials and component stock.
3. Review pending orders for materials and release them as blanks become accessible.
4. Maintain accurate material traceability records as necessary.
5. Collect, restock, and distribute Kanban totes from designated usage points.
6. Collaborate with the Master Scheduler to identify production releases.
7. Generate shop orders as required to replenish Kanban totes and blanks.
8. Perform inventory transactions as needed.
9. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NMR) for products failing to meet quality standards.
10. Keep the inventory area organized and clean.
11. Follow the guidelines outlined in the Associates' Handbook and adhere to safety protocols.
12. Maintain the Deeds Drive Grinding Kanban.
13. Properly utilize and care for measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
14. Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
- Proven experience in computer and data entry tasks.
- Completion of the 90-day probationary period is required.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
