About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time caregiver. As a caregiver with Comfort Keepers of Rochester/Pittsford, New York, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and other adults in need of assistance with everyday living.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide transportation to appointments and errands
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid New York State Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
