Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager-In-Training. This role will provide hands-on training and development opportunities to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in training and quality control to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Learn to provide leadership and support to staff to ensure that customer service expectations are met
  • Develop skills in payroll submission, staffing patterns, and budgeting
  • Communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators
  • Ensure the safe and proper use of cleaning solutions and equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies
