We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team in Palm Bay, Florida. As a key member of our Failure Analysis Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on a variety of semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and investigate semiconductor device failures to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement effective failure analysis flows, including traditional techniques such as electrical schematics interpretation, package and non-destructive analysis, and images-based isolation methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest semiconductor fabrication and packaging technologies, as well as emerging trends and innovations in the field.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in semiconductor device failure analysis and/or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Strong understanding of diodes and transistors, as well as experience with electrical isolation and physical failure analysis techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • US citizen or a green card is required.
