Occupational Therapist Wanted for Contract Position in Newark, CA

**Job Summary:**
Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to work with a school in the Newark, CA area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience and be familiar with the Special Education process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement therapy plans to support students' Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Evaluate students' potential and efficacy of occupational therapy in areas such as academic performance, fine and gross motor functioning, positioning, daily living skills, play/leisure skills, work skills, and sensory-motor activities.
- Propose a range of occupational therapy interventions to support students' IEP goals and develop goals and reports for the Special Education Team.
Requirements:
- Valid California OT license.
- Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree.
