We are seeking a highly skilled Geriatric Medical Specialist to join our team at HarmonyCares. As a Geriatric Medical Specialist, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to elderly patients in their homes, Monday through Friday.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have directly related experience in geriatrics and primary care. You should be able to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume, and take the time needed to truly address each patient's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of elderly patients
  • Develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
