Salary Information

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time unarmed security Site Lead to lead our team that is providing a safe shopping and working environment for a national retail customer located in San Francisco CA.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and modeling it for others.
  • Leading a team of 7 security professionals providing service to our dedicated customer.
  • Observing, surveying, and providing reporting on activity at your assigned location while standing and walking for your shift.
  • Providing direction, feedback, coaching, and training to your team.
  • Partnering with the customer and leadership team to ensure exemplary service.
  • Responding quickly in critical situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum age of 18 years old or older.
  • A high school education or equivalent (GED).
  • Licensed to work in the United States.
  • A State Security License or ability to obtain one.
  • A stable work history.
  • The ability to pass a Drug Test and Background screening.
  • The ability to stand and walk for your shift.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
