Job Title: RN - M/S Tele Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN - M/S Tele Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a RN - M/S Tele Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients.

Job Summary:

The RN - M/S Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and support to patients in a telehealth setting
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Texas or Compact State
  • Valid BLS, ACLS, and NHSS certifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Additional certifications may be required
