We are looking for a highly motivated Tobacco Intervention Coordinator to join our team at Hawaii Health & Harm Reduction Center. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

About the Role

This role involves providing intensive tobacco cessation interventions to adult smokers from priority populations, including Native Hawaiians, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based tobacco cessation programs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to help clients overcome nicotine addiction.

**Requirements

  • Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS) certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Hawaii Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
