Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure effective patient care delivery
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve patient outcomes and promote a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in healthcare
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop strategies for professional growth and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of nursing theory, research, and practice; familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
