Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, providing a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters skill acquisition and behavior modification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to children in their homes
  • Collect and record data on child behavior and progress
  • Collaborate with supervising clinicians and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • RBT certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work with children of multiple ages and skill levels
  • Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certificate
  • TRICARE certification preferred
  • Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
