Position Summary:


• Provide a warm and friendly reception to all individuals entering the facility, including patients, visitors, vendors, and staff. Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and equipment.

• Utilize hospital-issued Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) while distributing PPE to incoming individuals.

• Oversee the flow of individuals entering the premises to maintain appropriate distancing as per established guidelines.

• Promptly report any incidents to the supervising manager.

• Offer additional information to employees, patients, or visitors as needed.

• Regularly monitor the condition of the facility grounds and take immediate action to rectify any unsafe conditions.

• Frequently walk the property or operate a golf cart to ensure proper maintenance.

• Ensure that the grounds are kept free of litter and maintain cleanliness by emptying trash receptacles in designated areas.

• Apply salt to walkways during adverse weather conditions.

• Uphold a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to established standards and procedures.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.


Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, communicate, see, hear, and bend.

• Must be willing to work in various weather conditions, including heat, wind, snow, and rain.

• Ability to push and pull weights ranging from 100 to 350 pounds, often over considerable distances.

• Capable of operating a motorized golf cart and other mechanical equipment.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules and extended hours when necessary.


Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions and provide the most recent driving record.

• Eligibility to work legally in the United States is required.

• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements is mandatory.

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is essential.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

• Compliance with immunization or health screening requirements may be necessary.

• Adherence to all company safety policies and procedures is expected.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks.

• Demonstrated professionalism with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A commitment to customer service and meticulous attention to detail is essential.
