Maintenance Planner

Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in the Burlington, WA area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated and experienced maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing maintenance activities across multiple sites, utilizing your expertise in preventative maintenance planning to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability. Your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration between maintenance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans that align with our organization's maintenance goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with site leaders to establish maintenance workforce job goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate planned downtimes to reduce mean time between failures and minimize interference with production schedules.
- Analyze CMMS data to generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each site.
- Create dashboards highlighting equipment maintenance status, including metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, Availability, PM Completion, and more.
- Provide training and support to all sites on CMMS, ensuring consistent use and maximum benefit from the system.
- Manage changes and updates to CMMS across all sites, ensuring compliance with controlled document processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related maintenance planning experience within a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Platform (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and various CMMS software.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Able to travel throughout Canada and the USA up to 20% of the time.
What We Offer:
We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $78,000-$82,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
