Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Foreman to lead our tower division at Finish Excavating Inc. Founded in 1994, our company has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret site plans
  • Operate heavy machinery
  • Form piers and pour concrete
  • Conduct daily site and equipment inspections
  • Stay up-to-date on OSHA safety standards
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to obtain a CDL

Additional Duties:

  • Land clearing
  • Building culverts and roadways
  • Trenching
  • Grubbing
  • Setting shelters

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other employees on site and ensuring strict attention to detail. They must also be able to meet the physical demands of the job and work in various weather conditions. Pay will be based on experience.
