  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including training staff on customer service skills.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, including streamlining processes and reducing waste.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and development opportunities to pharmacy technicians, including on-the-job training and coaching.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
    • Minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience as a pharmacy manager or team lead.
    • Previous experience working in a retail or hospital setting.
  • Education and Training
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Completion of a pharmacy management training program.
