About Us: Indigo IT is a leading provider of cutting-edge technologies tailored to the electromagnetic spectrum domain. Our mission is to revolutionize the way the Department of Defense manages and allocates the electromagnetic spectrum. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy features for our SaaS product.
  • Guide features through the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, code review, testing, and deployment.
  • Build and manage cloud-hosted microservices and APIs.
  • Work effectively in a startup environment, engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and design efficient software solutions.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for developed features to ensure scalability and ease of maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in software development, with proficiency in modern software languages and development environments.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, such as Git and cloud architecture (AWS is a plus).
  • DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Full-stack web development experience using modern languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
