Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Accounting Experience: One to three years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
Competencies:
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Proficiency with accounting software, such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP, and Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in financial reporting and customer records.
  • Action-Oriented: Demonstrate a sense of urgency and action-oriented approach to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new scenarios, applying previously acquired knowledge to ensure seamless order-to-cash process.
  • Prioritization and Multi-Tasking: Prioritize tasks, multi-task, and perform within a fast-paced environment to meet business needs.
