Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in a dynamic and challenging role. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and other pediatric settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for infants and children with swallowing and feeding disorders.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Utilize Meditech for scheduling and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely recording of patient information.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in NICU settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work independently at times, with occasional collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour days or 4-10 hour days, with no weekend requirements.
