About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing our sales and merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with store associates and management through daily communication and education on our client's brands and product lines.
  • Execute all required tasks, projects, and resets with accuracy and attention to detail, following all provided instructions.
  • Maintain high-quality work and meet or exceed client expectations in terms of accuracy and aesthetics.
  • Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead on activities accomplished, sales opportunities, and any success or potential barriers.
  • Utilize handheld devices to manage tasks and projects, ensuring a detailed understanding of all available functions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
  • Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking, with fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required, with customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required for travel to additional locations.
