Compensation Manager Job Description

TalentCount is seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our competitive compensation and benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Compensation Programs: Develop and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to support the development of Pay-for-Performance models and incentive programs that drive employee engagement and business outcomes.
  • Lead Compensation Strategy: Lead the annual review process, providing insights and recommendations on salary adjustments and benefit enhancements.
  • Manage Benefits Providers: Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize compensation programs and address employee needs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR/Finance experience with a focus on compensation, 2+ years in a managerial role overseeing compensation activities
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and compensation analysis tools, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, experience presenting compensation programs to senior leadership
