Physician Empire is seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our private group practice in Northern California. Our team of 25 physicians utilizes Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) as a valuable tool in providing evidence-based mental health care.
About the OpportunityThis is an excellent chance for a Psychiatrist to gain experience working in a modern outpatient practice, with the unique opportunity to train under thought leaders in TMS therapy. Our physicians provide patients with comprehensive psychiatric services, including medication management, psychotherapy, and TMS therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status, current psychiatric symptoms, and functioning
- Develop treatment plans utilizing evidence-based standards of care
- Monitor and continuously improve patient outcomes
- Provide timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters using NextGen EMR
- Accurately code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes
- Participate in continuing education in the field of TMS therapy
- Strong interest in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 4 days per week, with 36 hours considered full-time
