En este emocionante rol, serás capacitado y tendrás la oportunidad de:
- Dirigir las operaciones diarias del programa de cuidado infantil en apoyo de políticas y procedimientos.
- Motivar, capacitar, desarrollar y supervisar a todo el personal en el sitio.
- Organizar, evaluar y supervisar el sitio escolar para crear un ambiente de aprendizaje divertido y atractivo.
- Fomentar relaciones creando una comunicación abierta y continua con los padres y la administración escolar.
- Proporcionar un entorno familiar y acogedor donde se desarrollen relaciones positivas entre niños y adultos.
- Ofrecer orientación y retroalimentación para ayudar a los miembros del equipo a fortalecer sus conocimientos y habilidades para alcanzar objetivos individuales y grupales.
- Mantener un sistema de control semanal que incluya el monitoreo de facturación y pagos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la licencia de cuidado infantil del estado en el sitio escolar designado.
Calificaciones Requeridas:
- Flexibilidad y pasión por trabajar con niños en un entorno de aprendizaje.
- Proporcionar un entorno de apoyo y cuidado para los niños.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera profesional con niños, padres, personal y otros directivos.
- Capacidad para pasar y mantener verificaciones de antecedentes penales y el Registro de Servicios de Protección Infantil.
- Atención al detalle y precisión.
- Bien organizado, meticuloso y altamente confiable/dependiente.
- Capacidad para mantener la calma y un alto nivel de profesionalismo y ética personal y laboral en todo momento.
- Experiencia básica en Microsoft Office preferida.
Todos los Coordinadores de Programa deben tener al menos 21 años de edad y cumplir con UNO DE LOS SIGUIENTES requisitos de calificación para la licencia estatal:
- Un título de posgrado en un campo relacionado con la infancia, como educación primaria, enfermería o recreación de una universidad.
- Un título de licenciatura en un campo relacionado con la infancia, como educación primaria, enfermería o recreación de una universidad y un año de experiencia programática.
