Cape Fox Corporation represents the Tlingit Alaska Natives from the Village of Saxman (Southeast Alaska). We were founded over 50 years ago and have changed our business focus from harvesting timber to hospitality, tourism, real estate, and federal contracting. • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to meet the needs of our guests
• Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing manner
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a breakfast or food service role
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
