Betacom is looking for a highly skilled Communications Infrastructure Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, replacement, and repair of telecommunications equipment on communications towers and support structures. You will work closely with the infrastructure maintenance team to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain high-quality results.

This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will lead a 4-man tower crew safely and within established budgetary requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed fully, meet all company and customer quality standards, and comply with COP requirements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot GPS antennas, tower lighting systems, TMA gain testing, and RF noise floor testing. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of industry experience, excellent communication skills, and good computer skills. They must also have a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to and from work. The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
