Restaurant Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at The Greenway Tap Restaurant in Addison, IL. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

• Clean and sanitize dishware, utensils, and equipment in a commercial dishwasher and dishwashing sinks.
• Monitor and maintain the proper concentration of chemicals used in dishwashing.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in receiving food and supply deliveries, and maintain a well-stocked dishroom.
• Perform other duties as required to support the kitchen team.

• 16 years of age or older at time of hire.
• 6 months of experience as a dishwasher in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification or obtain upon hire (training provided).
• Illinois Food Handler Training and Certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of restaurant sanitation standards and food safety procedures.

This is a variable hour position, with shifts ranging from 6 to 8 hours daily, depending on the level of restaurant and event business. The pay rate is $15 - $18 per hour, with benefits including restaurant discounts, pro-shop discounts, and golf privileges.
