About the Role

This Traffic Systems Engineer position involves working on DOT and municipal roadway improvement projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in traffic engineering and experience with signal design, pavement marking, and signing plans.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement traffic signal systems, including signal timing and phasing plans.
  • Develop pavement marking and signing plans to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
  • Conduct crash analysis and safety studies to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • E.I Registration or ability to obtain preferred.
  • IMSA Traffic Signal Technician Level II certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation and Synchro software required.
