Coffee Specialist

Position Overview:
JobsRUs is in search of a dedicated Coffee Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing outstanding customer service while preparing a variety of high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome customers and take beverage orders, ensuring each drink is crafted to their specifications.
2. Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, and tea.
3. Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area, adhering to health and safety standards.
4. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, following all cash management procedures.
5. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to uphold excellent customer relations.
6. Keep inventory stocked and organized, assisting with daily management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and preparation standards.
