Job Summary
As a Unemployment Hearing Specialist at Paychex, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the unemployment hearing process. Your expertise and knowledge will ensure that clients are well-represented and their claims are adjudicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Prepares clients for unemployment hearings to ensure they are knowledgeable about the process and have all necessary information.
Serves as client representative in unemployment hearings to ensure the client's best interests are represented and the claim is adjudicated effectively.
Researches and provides problem analysis for escalated issues to promote customer service and ensure accuracy of information.
Mentors and trains SUI Client Maintenance Specialists and SUI Claim Specialists to provide direction and assistance on daily tasks and responsibilities.
Analyzes annual tax rate notices on behalf of clients to ensure accuracy of information and appropriateness of tax rate.

Qualifications
High School Diploma - Required
Associate's Degree - Preferred

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is $29.00 hourly. Please note that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
