Your Responsibilities
As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages with exceptional service. Your role will involve:
- Welcoming guests warmly and providing prompt service of food and drinks.
- Accurately processing orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Building rapport with guests to create memorable experiences that encourage return visits.
- Monitoring guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including ice bins and trash disposal.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and management.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Embracing flexibility in your role, as you may take on additional responsibilities as required.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in bartending or a similar role.
- A genuine passion for creating personalized guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate record-keeping.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The hourly wage for this position is competitive and reflective of the skills and experience of the candidate.
