Your Responsibilities:

• Develop new leads through various channels, including member referrals and outreach initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to drive new membership growth and enhance club sales.
• Support member retention strategies and assist members in their fitness journeys.
• Mentor and guide casual staff members.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and align with company values at all times.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for co-workers, members, and guests.
• Exhibit an enthusiastic, friendly, and ambitious demeanor.
• Assist the Club Manager as needed.
• Engage in ongoing fitness and sales training, both online and in-person.
• Enjoy complimentary membership benefits and participate in monthly sales contests.
