Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers by crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
