Job Description

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with H2 Health, you will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide the best therapy opportunities for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting licensed physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
  • Providing direct patient care, including exercises, stretching, and other therapeutic interventions
  • Conducting assessments and progress reports to evaluate patient outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome
  • An active or eligible state license to practice
