Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team at LHH. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation and trial of cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Filing and e-filing in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Calendaring, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and managing deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of discovery materials, including requests and responses.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by attorneys and management.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of strong litigation experience, with a focus on business or employment litigation.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Thorough understanding of filing and e-filing procedures in state and federal courts.
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a helpful and no-job-too-small mindset.
