Position Title: Recruiter for Online, Transfer & Returning Student Services

Annual Salary: $36,730.00

Position Summary:
This role is dedicated to the recruitment of transfer and returning students, with a primary focus on Arkansas Community Colleges. The individual in this position will oversee a designated area, offering in-person guidance, advocating for university programs, and engaging in recruitment initiatives. Additionally, they will provide support in student advising and enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated territory encompassing Arkansas Community Colleges
  • Advocate for and enhance enrollment in the Bear Partner program
  • Deliver in-person advising to students at assigned institutions
  • Promote transfer programs and available services
  • Guide transfer and returning students regarding academic majors, minors, and enrollment
  • Engage in recruitment events and related activities
  • Support student advising and registration efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in the field of higher education
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Familiarity with higher education administration is advantageous
