Job Summary:

General Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time contract opportunity. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and mental abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement and modify treatment plans to meet patients' changing needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • 2 years' experience in Outpatient/Inpatient settings
  • Current Texas OT license
  • BLS certification through AHA
