About the Role

Elite Staffing Network is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and administer assessments, such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Analysis, to determine the most effective treatment plans for clients.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, and discharge summaries, to ensure seamless communication with clients and their families.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized programming based on the unique needs of each client and their caregivers.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
  • Ability to work with integrity, adhering to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
  • Physical ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position to a standing position, as well as lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
