Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Therapy: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and develop and implement personalized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development, and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, while Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
