Core Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions efficiently and handle refunds or credits when necessary.
  • Ensure checkout areas are clean and shelves are well-organized.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
  • Restock shelves and manage merchandise returns effectively.
  • Assist customers with fueling services as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Food Handler Certification is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Candidate Qualifications:

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong time management skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic environment. Experience in retail, convenience stores, food service, or customer service is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves regular standing, walking, and the use of hands, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
