Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team at Advocate Aurora Health in Libertyville, Illinois.

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic Computed Tomography Services to inpatients, outpatients, and Emergency Department patients under the direction of the supervising radiologist. Your duties will include:

  • Performing CT scans and post-processing according to established clinical protocols and department operating procedures
  • Obtaining pertinent patient history to provide the radiologist with adequate information for exam interpretation
  • Documenting all patient information on appropriate forms
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • An ARRT registry and IEMA license
  • CPR certification within 3 months of hire
  • Basic knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and basic CT procedures
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
