About the RoleAs a Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with various medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and provide exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients with various medical conditions
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is a 280-bed hospital that offers a wide range of medical services, including emergency care, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, neonatology, oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and acute rehab services. We are accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center, and our stroke rehabilitation program has received the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Disease-Specific Care Certification of Stroke Rehabilitation.
