Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Elizabeth Finn Homes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional catering services to our residents and visitors.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. You will be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire a team of chefs and food service assistants.

• Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Lead a team of chefs and food service assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as statutory requirements
• Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account resident preferences and dietary requirements
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction
