Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the status of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
- Verify batch records and laboratory results for precision and thoroughness.
- Generate and review certificates of analysis independently.
- Conduct lot tracing activities.
- Lead internal audits and communicate findings with minimal oversight.
- Facilitate monthly GMP audits, document findings, and implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
- Assist in CAPA investigations and follow up on customer feedback, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Support external audits of suppliers and regulatory bodies as required.
- Maintain the document control system and training database.
- Develop, update, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and forms.
- Ensure proper quality documentation is maintained.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, R&D, customer service, and shipping.
- Collect samples, prepare shipments, and inspect materials as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
- Associate’s Degree in a Science-related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of the Servant Leadership Philosophy.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office, M3, LIMS, and Quality Management Systems.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and practices.
