Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to residents with cognitive challenges, ensuring their well-being and dignity are always prioritized. As a Full-Time Caregiver, you will work the Swing shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, engaging with residents, fostering connections, and enriching their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records and encourage engagement in diverse activities
  • Provide personalized care tailored to each resident's unique needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and compassion for residents with cognitive challenges
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Patient and positive attitude
