We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at the Ball Memorial Cancer Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, value-based medication-related care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Verify orders and prepare chemotherapy
- Process and dispense medications per order or prescription
- Monitor medication therapy and ensure safety and effectiveness
- Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee pharmacist extenders
- Protect patient confidentiality and maintain the security of medications
- Current Indiana License or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a pharmacist
- Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency may be required
