Key Responsibilities- Provide behavioral management and case work services to youth in our after-school day treatment setting.
- Work alongside experienced licensed professionals to develop and implement evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Plan and co-lead psycho-educational groups to promote interpersonal effectiveness skills and community transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files for each assigned youth.
- Transport youth to and from the afternoon day treatment program daily, requiring a reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and a good driving record.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, HDFS, or a closely related field.
- 2 years of experience working with youth who have had traumatic experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and eligibility for auto insurance.
- Hourly pay rate: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
