We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide pediatric home health services to clients in Odessa, Texas
  • Work Monday through Friday, 3:30pm to 8:30pm
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on disease management and self-care

Requirements:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
