Skydiving Sponsorship Coordinator

This position is responsible for fostering a grassroots movement among influential individuals and teams in the skydiving community, promoting Performance Designs, Inc.'s products and culture.

• Sponsorship Program Management:
  • Manage Athletes: Renew existing sponsorship agreements, review new applicants, and monitor sponsored athlete behavior and performance.
  • Manage Sponsorship Budget: Determine budget allocations and control expenses.
  • Manage Sponsorship Gear: Qualify athletes for gear allocation, coordinate retirement or resale of equipment, and place orders for new gear.
  • Foster Relationships: Communicate with sponsored athletes, request updates, analyze submissions, and create sponsorship newsletters.
  • Attend Events: Promote goodwill at national championships, FAI events, and other high-profile skydiving events.
  • Conduct Surveys: Develop survey tools, gather data from sponsored athletes, and distribute findings internally.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks related to the sponsorship program as determined by the Marketing Manager.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or customer service, or equivalent experience.
• Skills and Qualifications: Skydiving background required; computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and basic financial knowledge.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
