Barista/Cashier

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Store Front Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the success of our bakery cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Work effectively as part of a team, following direction and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Participate in cross-training to develop skills in multiple areas, including bread, cake, POS, and bar.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including moderate lifting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in fast food or retail is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
