We are currently in search of a dedicated Kitchen Sanitation Specialist who will be integral to the seamless operation of our culinary services. Your role will be vital in ensuring that all dishes and kitchen utensils are impeccably cleaned, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience for our esteemed members and guests. Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor the water temperature and chemical levels of the dishwashing machine to ensure a hygienic cleaning process.
- Meticulously clean and organize all tableware and kitchenware.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dishwasher area.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of clean tableware for both the dining area and kitchen.
- Effectively manage kitchen waste disposal and minimize the risk of tableware breakage or loss.
- Clean designated food preparation and production areas as required.
- Assist with kitchen closing procedures.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or the manager on duty.
