Job Summary

This is a critical role in the healthcare industry, requiring exceptional phlebotomy skills and strong customer service abilities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Synectics Inc. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing quality blood samples for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drawing blood samples from patients with skill and accuracy while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with patients and creating a positive experience.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, with a minimum of two years in a patient service center environment.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, keyboard/data entry experience, and superior customer focus essential.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
